How to Redeem the Earned Points?

The easiest way to redeem your points is at the cart while you checkout. The cart automatically shows you your accumulated points, and allows you to select how much you want to redeem. Per our redemption policy, you can redeem all your points in one order, or redeem partially over many orders, as long as the order value is 4 times the amount being redeemed.

Once you click on Redeem on the denomination of your choice, you’ll get an email from Baaje Wala containing the coupon code within 10-15 minutes. To make sure our emails don’t go to your promotions or spam folder, add us to your contacts.

Cashback Points Expiry:

Loyalty Cashback points will expire after 1 Year (365 days) on a rolling basis if they have been not been redeemed or spent in that period. 

– You will receive a notification email 30 days prior to the expiration date. 

– Please ensure you are subscribed to Baaje Wala emails to receive the reminders and notification.

Baaje Wala’s cashback offer is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

All pre-paid purchases shall be entitled to 4% cashback as indicated at the time of checkout of the final order on Baajewala.com. 

1. No Cashback shall be available for orders which are cancelled. Any Cashback offered may be recovered by the Company, without notice to the user, in such cases. Any Cashback offered for orders for which a refund claim is made, whether in part or in full, shall be adjusted to remove Cashback attributable to the extent of the order refunded. This condition shall apply strictly and notwithstanding the display of cashback on any specific item(s) listed on the website as an item specific cashback.
2. Cashback shall mean the grant of credit for the amount of eligible cashback shall be added to the users ‘Promotional’ section of his/her account, and shall in no event imply that the cashback shall be credited to a user’s bank account or card account or refunded in cash at any time.
3. Cashback offers cannot be clubbed with any other offers and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person.
4. Cashback coupons codes can only be redeemed one time against an order. In the event, where a coupon code has been used more than once to avail the same discount, the company reserves the right to recover these points from the respective point balance without any prior notice.
5. Cashback coupon codes once generated will be active for 3 days. If they remain unused until then, the code will be automatically deactivated along with the points.
6. The Company reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw / suspend / amend / cancel the Cashback offers, and the terms applicable thereto.
7. Cashback will reflect in a user’s Baaje Wala rewards program section after the conclusion of 30 days of successful delivery of the product. Cashback credit available can only be redeemed for future purchases on www.baajewala.com. A gift card is not eligible for cashback.
