  1.1 Order Processing Time

  – All verified orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  – Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1.2 Delivery Timeframe 

  – Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (for Metro cities).

  – Remote/Rural Areas: 5-10 business days (subject to courier service availability).

  – Express Shipping (if applicable): 1-3 business days (available for select locations).

  – Custom Orders & Bulk Orders: May require additional processing time, communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  1.3 Dispatch Timeline:

  – If the product page states “Dispatches in 24 Hours” → The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment verification.

  – If the product page states “Dispatches in X Days” → The order will be dispatched within the mentioned timeframe.

  1.4 Shipping Charges:

  – We offer Free Standard Shipping on most products, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  – Additional shipping fees may apply for express or international deliveries.

2. Tracking & Order Updates
 

  – Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

  – Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like weather conditions, courier service delays, or local restrictions.

  – If there is a delay beyond the estimated dispatch time, our team will notify you via email or phone.

3. Order Cancellations & Refund Policy
 

  3.1 Cancellation Policy:

  – Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team at orders@baajewala.com.

  – If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery (subject to return policy).

  3.2 Refund Processing Time:

  – Prepaid Orders (UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

  – Bank Transfers & Credit Card Refunds: Refunds may take 7-10 business days, depending on bank processing time.

  – Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

  – Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

  3.3 Non-Refundable Items:

  – Certain customized, personalized, or non-returnable items are not eligible for refunds. Please check the product page for details.
